Description
Denna upphandling avser ramavtal för ROT-projekt, renovering, ombyggnad och tillbyggnad i befintligt fastighetsbestånd. Projekten kan t.ex. omfatta stamrenoverings-projekt, byte el-anläggningar, konvertering lokal till bostäder, byte dränering, balkong-, fasad- och takarbeten. Andra större ombyggnadsprojekt kan även omfattas av avtalet. Stamrenoveringsprojekt kan omfatta arbeten i basnivå som är nödvändiga för att upprätthålla fastighetens standard men även upprustning utökad nivå där hyresgästerna genom tillval kan erhålla högre standard mot hyrestillägg.
