Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter genomför denna upphandling som en samordnad upphandling där även Huge Bostäder är avtalspart.Upphandlingen avser ramavtal och omfattar lagstadgad revision i enlighet med 9 kap. aktiebolagslagen (2005:551), kommunallagen (2017:725) och Lagen (2005:590) om insyn i vissa finansiella förbindelser mm (Transparanslagen) samt god revisionssed. Revisionen ska genomföras i samverkan med Huddinge kommuns lekmannarevisorer och de sakkunniga biträden dessa anlitar. Upphandlingen omfattar även vissa tilläggstjänster till exempel:- Rådgivning vid behov i komplexare redovisningsfrågor och angående K3- Rådgivning kring intern kontroll och styrning- Rådgivning avseende hållbarhetsredovisning i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning- Rådgivning i skattefrågor- Rådgivning inom finansiell riskhantering- Rådgivning risk management
