Ramavtalet omfattar beställarens samlade behov av nedan angivna konsulttjänster. • Projektledare • Projekteringsledningsledare • Byggledare • Installationsledare/-samordnare • Kontrollansvarig - behörighet N och K Ramavtalet omfattar tekniska konsulttjänster inom projektledning. Ramavtalet avses att användas både i små och stora byggprojekt samt i den löpande fastighetsförvaltningen. Uppdrag kan avse ett eller flera skeden såsom förstudie, programhandling, systemhandling, bygghandling och/eller i byggproduktion. Merparten av avropen kommer vara uppdrag inom stambyten, ombyggnationer, nybyggnationer, mindre hyresgästanpassningar och tillbyggnader. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med tre (3) rangordnade leverantörer
