Description
Ramavtalet omfattar obligatorisk ventilationskontroll samt rensningsarbeten i ventilationskanaler och utbyte av brandvarnare, som utförs efter avrop. I anslutning till OVK kan även andra mindre arbeten avropas såsom injustering av enstaka luftdon, filterbyten i lägenheter samt mindre reparationer för att uppnå ett godkänt OVK. Uppdraget kan även omfatta avrop av Täthetsprovning av lägenheter, täthetsprovning av kanaler och luftbehandlingsaggregat, samt Injustering av luftflöden.
