Description
Ramavtalet omfattar i huvudsak byggservicearbeten inom fackområden som t.ex. snickeri, mur- och putsarbeten, plattsättning mm och avser händelsestyrda och hastigt uppkomna arbeten. Ramavtalet kan även omfatta arbeten eller projekt där Beställaren bedömer att arbetet har en kort planeringshorisont och att verksamhetskritiska skäl eller andra objektiva omständigheter med stor kundnytta motiverar avrop. Ramavtalet tillämpas även för skadearbeten, såsom tex; brand- och vattenskador.
