Upphandlingen avses leda till ramavtal avseende markarbeten. Alla uppdrag är inom Norrköpings kommun. Det totala värdet för arbeten per år beräknas vara ca 10 MSEK exkl. moms. Takvolym för detta ramavtal är 50 MSEK exkl. moms, vilket är den volym som Hyresbostäder inte kommer att överstiga. Hyresbostäder har för avsikt att teckna avtal med fem (5) stycken leverantörer, förutsatt att så många giltiga anbud inkommer.
