Entreprenaden avser ramavtal för Måleriarbeten. Ramavtal avses att tecknas med fyra (4) entreprenörer som uppfyllt samtliga kvalifikationer och lämnat anbud som innehåller lägst pris enligt utvärderingsmodell. Avrop kan omfatta så väl mindre- som större uppdrag. Mindre uppdrag kan omfatta t.ex. löpande underhåll- och reparationsuppdrag (ytskikt) i bostäder, gemensamhetslokaler, trapphus m.m. Större uppdrag kan omfatta t.ex. utvändig målning och målning av fönster och dörrar utomhus.
