Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för byggservicearbeten och FKU inom Bostäder i Borås fastighetsbestånd i Borås kommun under perioden 2026-04-01 – 2028-03-31 med option på 1 + 1 år. Bostäder i Borås har personal med kunskap inom ramavtalsområdet som i första hand utför arbeten i fastighetsbeståndet. Tecknande av ramavtalsleverantörer avser att täcka upp det behov som egna hantverkare inte har resurser eller kompetens för att utföra. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med fem (5) entreprenörer under förutsättning att så många anbud är giltiga och kan tilldelas kontrakt, se AFB.63 och AFD.43. Se vidare under AFD.1 vad som avses med byggservicearbeten för detta ramavtal. De som blir etta respektive tvåa i rangordningen kommer bli tilldelade var sitt geografiskt område i Bostäder i Borås bestånd. Ettan kommer få förtur att välja område och tvåan blir tilldelad det som ettan inte väljer. Takvolymen för avtalet är satt till 150 MSEK.
