Description
Uppsalahem har tagit fram gemensamma ledarskapskriterier för alla sina chefer och planerar nu att samarbeta med en extern leverantör för att omsätta dessa i praktiken. I programmet ska det ingå individ-utvärdering av chefer, exempelvis en 360-utvärdering. Utifrån utvärderingen och programmet ska material upprättas för hur vi kan arbeta vidare med chefens ledarutveckling internt (utvecklingsplan för varje chef). Utöver programmet ska leverantören även erbjuda coachning till alla deltagare vid behov.
