Skelleftebostäder AB och Skellefteå Industrihus AB med tillhörande dotterbolag avser att upphandla ett ramavtal för kommunikationstjänster. En (1) leverantör kommer att antas. Kommunikationstjänster som efterfrågas omfattar allt från rådgivning kring strategiska och taktiska vägval till produktion av kommunikationsmaterial och beställarens kundtidning samt årsredovisning.
