Upphandlinegn avser ramavtal gällande hissarbeten av varierande slag, som exempelvis reparationer, service- och underhållsåtgärder, felavhjälpande åtgärder m.m. I uppdraget ingår även medverkan vid årlig besiktning samt utförande av eventuella åtgärder efter besiktning. Alla uppdrag utförs som totalentreprenadåtaganden. Uppdraget beskrivs närmare i upphandlingsdokumenten. Såväl Skelleftebostäder AB som Skellefteå Industrihus (och deras respektive dotterbolag) är berättigade till avrop.
