Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för huvudbesiktningsmän för ny, ombyggnads och underhållsentreprenader i beställarnas fastigheter och anläggningar. I huvudsak omfattas två typer av uppdrag: - Planerade entreprenader. Dessa uppdrag sträcker sig ofta över en längre period. - mindre uppdrag ( t ex. renovering av enstaka badrum/kök/lägenhet). Dessa uppdrag är av kortare karaktär och kräver en kortare inställelsetid från beställning
