Description
Försvarsmakten avser att omsätta sina midjestyrda grävlastare (GL) 461 (Volvo 6300/EL70) som anskaffades till Försvarsmakten under 1990-talet och som inom en snar framtid närmar sig slutet på sin livscykel. Även om det finns ett stort antal grävlastare i bruk är det ett accelererande problem att få fram reservdelar till fordonen. Anskaffningen av hjul- och bandgående grävmaskiner sker i syfte att ersätta befintliga GL 461, där grävmaskiner valts som ersättare då de grävlastare som finns ute på marknaden idag kommer med en prislapp som inte är försvarbar. Anskaffningen kommer innefatta en typ av hjulgående grävmaskin och tre typer av bandgående grävmaskiner. I anskaffning ingår även reservdelar, dokumentation, utbildning och service/support. Ramavtalet har en takvolym på totalt 120 grävmaskiner med en option på att kunna utöka takvolymen med ytterligare totalt 50 grävmaskiner. Längden på ramavtalet planeras till 4 år med möjlighet till förlängning ytterligare 1+1+1 år.
