Description
Inom program Leopard 2 System råder det fortsatt hög arbetsbelastning med att kunna driva projektledning inom beställda uppdrag och samtidigt förbereda kommande uppdrag. Att förbereda och utföra beställningar, hantera leveranser och följa upp ekonomi i uppdragen, är mycket tidskrävande och kräver omfattande administrativa åtgärder. För att kunna nyttja avsatta medel och undvika att anslagen underutnyttjas, behöver arbetet med beställningar och tillhörande administration inom dessa uppdrag intensifieras. Projektet behöver därmed en resursförstärkning i form av en beställningssamordnare/ projektkoordinator som ansvarar för att förbereda och utföra beställningar, hantera leveranser och följa upp ekonomi i uppdragen med FM-anslag i system PRIO. Optioner 1+1+1 år.
