Ramavtal om konsulttjänster för uppdrag omfattande förstudier, projekteringar, utredningar, tillståndsbedömningar, objektsplaner, upprättande av förfrågningsunderlag/bygghandlingar/relationshandling och teknisk konsultation med mera inom teknikområdena: Kontaktledning, växelstyrning och Signalsäkerhetsanläggningar. Ramavtalet är indelat i tre delområden och anbudsgivare kan lämna anbud på ett eller flera områden. Med hänsyn till semesterperioden besvaras inga frågor mellan 3 juli till 10 augusti 2025
