Denna upphandling omfattar huvudbesiktningsmän samt biträdande besiktningsmän. Uppdragen omfattar besiktningsuppdrag för renoverings- och nybyggnadsprojekt inom flerbostadsfastigheter samt statusbesiktningar för befintliga fastigheter. Avrop av mindre besiktningar inom respektive disci-plin kan också bli aktuellt, samt avrop av underlag av besiktningsmän för due diligens (inför värdering av fastigheter inför förvärv). Uppskattad beställningsvolym är ca 1 MSEK per år. Avtal avses att tecknas med två leverantörer.
