Description
Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal för OVK samt rengöring av ventilationskanaler och sotning. Beställaren planerar att teckna avtal med två konsulter, förutsatt att tillräckligt många kvalificerade anbud inkommer. Konsulterna ska uppfylla specificerade krav på kompetens och erfarenhet enligt angivna roller. Uppdrag kommer att avropas löpande inom ramavtalet, där varje uppdrags omfattning preciseras separat. Avrop sker enligt fastställda villkor och samtliga uppdrag är lokaliserade inom Upplands Väsby kommun. Väsbyhem förvaltar cirka 5000 bostäder, vilket ligger till grund för upphandlingens omfattning. De angivna volymerna baseras på tidigare statistik men kan variera, och beställaren garanterar inga fasta volymer. Leverantören är skyldig att möta det faktiska behovet oavsett omfattning. Tidigare års uppskattade värde för tjänsterna uppgår till cirka 1,7 miljoner kronor, medan avtalets takvolym är satt till 7,5 miljoner kronor. Syftet med ramavtalet är att säkerställa kostnadseffektiva uppdrag med hög kvalitet. Samarbetet mellan Väsbyhem och konsulterna ska präglas av ömsesidigt förtroende.
