Description
Ramavtalet avser entreprenadbesiktning enligt AB 04 och ABT 06. Uppdragen omfattar ny-, till- och ombyggnadsprojekt med slut- och garantibesiktning samt besiktningar som sker i den löpande förvaltningen i vårt fastighetsbestånd. Upphandlingen är uppdelad i sju (7) geografiska anbudsområden/zoner. Anbud kan lämnas för ett eller flera områden som upphandlingen är uppdelad i.
Award criteria
- Price — Det anbud som har lägst anbudssumma tilldelas 10 poäng. Övriga anbud tilldelas poäng enligt följande formel: Lägst anbudssumma/anbudets anbudssumma x 10.
- Quality — Varje punkt a) – d) utvärderas och poängsätts separat utifrån en skala mellan 0–10. Samtliga poäng summeras utifrån viktningen för a) – d). Det anbud som har högst utvärderingspoäng tilldelas 10…
