Description

Specialfastigheter Sverige AB har för avsikt att, efter genomförande av ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering, ingå avtal med CANEA Partner Group AB gällande ytterligare instanser av projektstyrningssystemet Canea One. Genom befintligt avtal har Specialfastigheter köpt och äger licenser för nyttjanderätt av Canea One. Nu behövs ytterligare instanser av Canea One i syfte att upprätthålla en hög IT-driftsäkerhet. Instanserna kan endast tillhandahållas av Canea Partner Group (556549-3268) på grund av ensamrätt. Med detta skäl annonseras frivillig förhandsinsyn i enlighet med LOU (2016:1145) 10 kap 5§. Innan avtal tecknas tillämpas avtalsspärr till och med 2024-09-02.
