Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för entreprenadbesiktningar, där följande roller omfattas: Huvudbesiktningsman Besiktningsman – Bygg Besiktningsman - Mark Besiktningsman – Rör Besiktningsman – Luftbehandling/ventilation Biträdande besiktningsman - Hiss Besiktningsman - El Besiktningsman - Styr och övervakning Besiktningsman – Plåt (inkluderar tätskikt och yttertak) Besiktningsman - Fiber/bredbandsinstallationer Besiktningsman – Stomme Besiktningsman - Fasad Uppdrag kommer att avropas vid behov. I samband med avrop kommer att specificeras vilket skede och moment som ska utföras. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas för en tid om två år från kontraktsskrivning med option på förlängning om 1 år + 1 år. Maximal ramavtalslängd är därmed fyra år. Ramavtal kommer om möjligt att tecknas med två leverantörer. Beställaren har för avsikt att avropa arbeten för cirka 3,5 Mkr/år. Beräknade volymer anger dock inte någon utfästelse eller bedömd kontraktsvolym. Uppskattad volym för ramavtalet med samtliga förlängningar är 14 Mkr. Takvolym för ramavtalet är 15 Mkr. Beställaren förbehåller sig rätten att upphandla enskilda projekt separat.
