Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal som omfattar: - Byggservice - Måleriarbeten - Golvarbeten - Glasarbeten Yrkesroller kopplade till dessa discipliner benämns som ”Kärnkompetenser”. Vidare omfattar ramavtalet även andra kompetenser, benämnda ”Sidokompetenser”. Sidokompetenser kan komma att avropas, men endast i entreprenader där kärnkompetenserna utgör merparten.
