Description
Leverantören ska ha en digital lösning avseende energioptimering. Lösningen ska automatiskt optimera energianvändningen i våra byggnader genom att kontinuerligt ta hänsyn och utvärdera flera olika datamängder samtidigt som energibesparing uppnås i så många system som möjligt. Upphandlingen genomförs i två steg (förhandlat förfarande) där alla intresserade leverantörer får ansöka om att lämna anbud i ett första steg.
