Description
SJ söker efter strategiska samarbetspartners inom olika tjänster för kundundersökningar med syfte att hjälpa SJ att skapa förståelse för hur kunder och intressenter ser på SJ som resepartner och varumärke. Det är både tjänster som är löpande över tid (Avtalsområde 1 och 2) samt Ad-hoc undersökningar som används för att skapa djupare förståelse för kundbehov och kundbeteende i enskilda produktutvecklingsaktiviteter (Avtalsområde 3). Det kan handla om allt från stora breda frågeställningar till att utvärdera en prototyp för en väldigt begränsad del. I samtliga fall nedan ska all data överlämnas och ägas av SJ.
