Upphandlingen omfatta ramavtal för lokalvårdstjänster (städ och renhållning) i olika former. Uppdraget avser främst regelmässig städning men avrop kan även omfatta storstädning, flyttstädning, golvvård, fönsterputs och extra städning (så som ångtvätt, städ över 2m, desinficering). SJ äger rätt att avropa följande kringgtjänster från antagna Leverantörer: - Bäddning, tvätt och inköp av linne - Inköp av engångsörngott - Tvätt av gardiner och andra textiler - Tvätt av heltäckningsmatta - Sophantering/återvinning (då soprum saknas) - Frukosthantering och catering
