Description
Hankeobjektiks on Rakvere jalgpallihalli ja olmehoone ehitustööd. Hoone ehitustöid teostatakse kompleksselt peatöövõtu korras. Ehitustöö jagamine osadeks pole tehniliselt mõistlik, sest ehitustöö moodustab ühtse terviku. Erinevate tööliikide tellimisel eraldi hangetena on tegemist suure riskiga, et ühe osa töö tegemise venimise tõttu ei ole võimalik töö teisi osasid lõpuni viia ning hankija saaks seetõttu olulisi majanduslikke kahjusid ning hanke eesmärk jääb täitmata.
