Asula olmereovee ja tööstusreovee puhastamine ning puhastatud heitvee baasil tehnoloogilise vee tootmine eesmärgiga tagada tööstusettevõtte tehnoloogilise vee vajadus kasutades membraanlahendusi osaliselt kohapeal toodetava elektrienergiaga.
