Description
Oulun yliopisto ja Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy pyytävät tarjoustanne rakennuttamispalveluista. Palveluntuottaja sitoutuu suorittamaan tilaajalle Oulun yliopiston ja Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulun yksiköihin mukaan lukien etäyksiköiden ja erillisrahoitettavien korjaus- ja muutostyöhankkeiden rakennuttamispalvelut. Hankkeiden koko on pääsääntöisesti 10-300 m2. Hankkeiden laajuus vaihtelee suuresti tilaajan tarpeiden mukaan. Rakennuttajakonsultin tarve vaihtelee vuosittain. Viimeisen kahden vuoden aikana rakennuttamispalveluja on ostettu n. 120 000 € (alv 0%). Hankintayksikkö valitsee yhden (1) toimittajan.
