Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines unbefristeten Rahmenvertrags mit jeweils einem Unternehmen pro Los über die Erbringung von SAP spezifischen IT-Dienstleistungen und Beratungen in 2 Losen wie folgt: • Los 1: laufende Betreuung im SAP Modul HCM • Los 2: laufende Betreuung in den SAP Modulen MM, SD, FI und BW. Es steht den Bietern frei, Angebote für eines oder beide Lose abzugeben. Die kritischen Leistungen gem. VR Pkt. 1.4 sind zu beachten. Es wird ein unbefristeter Vertrag abgeschlossen. Für das erste Vertragsjahr gilt jeweils ein beidseitiger Kündigungsverzicht. Nach Ablauf des ersten Vertragsjahres kann der Vertrag von beiden Parteien mit einer Frist von sechs Monaten jeweils zum Monatsletzten gekündigt werden. Für den gegenständlichen Ausschreibungs- und Leistungsgegenstand ist folgender Stunden- bzw. Leistungsumfang gem. LV Pkt. 4.1 und 4.2. vorgesehen: • Los 1: 300 Stunden pro Jahr • Los 2: 400 Stunden pro Jahr. Die jeweiligen Betreuungsleistungen werden im Bedarfsfall kurzfristig schriftlich von der ACG abgerufen.
