Description
Im Rahmen seiner Marketing- und Kommunikationsaufgaben benötigt die Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie GmbH die beratende, konzeptionelle, kreative und grafische Unterstützung durch eine Agentur, um eine ganzheitliche und stringente Kommunikation an die definierten Zielgruppen gewährleisten zu können. Hierzu soll eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer geschlossen werden.
Award criteria
- Price — Zur Bewertung wird der kumulierte Gesamtpreis herangezogen und wie folgt gewertet: (P1 (Preis des günstigsten Angebotes) / P2 (Preis des zu bewertenden Angebotes)) x 40 = Preispunktwert (PPW gesamt)
- Quality — Die Qualität wird anhand von vier (4) Arbeitsproben bewertet. Die Bewertung dieser gliedert sich in folgende zwei Punkte auf: 1. Kreativität: maximal 30 Punkte - je Arbeitsprobe sind maximal 7,5…
