Die Zielsetzung der ausgeschriebenen Dienstleistung besteht in der Leistungserbringung der Örtliche Bauaufsicht, der Planung, der HLKSE Planung und Bauaufsicht sowie die Tragwerksplanung für Projekte im Projektgebiet der ASFINAG Bau Management GmbH, welche folgende Autobahnmeistereien (ABM) umfasst: ABM Ansfelden, ABM Wels, ABM Ried im Innkreis, ABM Seewalchen, ABM Haag, ABM Ybbs, ABM St. Pölten und sämtliche Objekte und Bauten, welche sich in deren Zuständigkeitsbereich befinden.
