Description
Bis dato erfolgt der Bezug und die Bereitstellung von Server Hardware bzw. der Betrieb virtueller Serverinstanzen als Abruf aus unterschiedlichen Rahmenvereinbarungen bzw. der Dienstleistung entsprechenden Rollen z.B. (Windows/Linux) Deployment, Installation von Datenbankeninstanzen, Bereitstellung von virtuellen Instanzen, präventive Instandhaltung (Patchen, Updates, etc.), Monitoring (über das bestehende ASFINAG Monitoring System AMOR), Anbindung ans ASFiNAG-ITSM-Tool, präventive und korrektive Wartung. Zukünftig sollen diese Leistungen durch den Auftragnehmer auf Basis „Infrastructure as a Service“ bereitgestellt werden.
