Description
Het Universitair Ziekenhuis Gent wenst een Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)-gebaseerd asset tracking systeem te implementeren voor het real-time lokaliseren, beheren en analyseren van medische en verpleegkundige toestellen, niet-medische apparatuur en andere kritieke assets door alle gebouwen en faciliteiten binnen de ziekenhuiscampus. De opdracht omvat de volledige implementatie én het beheer van de oplossing, met name: • De levering en installatie van BLE-tags op diverse toestellen zoals infuuspompen, rolstoelen, ziekenhuisbedden, monitoren, enz. voor het meten van de locatie, temperatuur en bewegingen; met bijhorende disposables (o.a. batterijen). • Het technisch faciliteren van de standaard connectiviteit via de aanwezige Wi-Fi access points van het ziekenhuis. Bij zones met een onvoldoende netwerkdichtheid moet het aanbod voorzien in extra mobiele of vaste BLE-versterkers voor een nauwkeurigere plaatsbepaling. • De configuratie van software voor visualisatie, rapportering en analyse van toestelgebruik. • De naadloze integratie van de voorgestelde oplossing met de geïdentificeerde systemen voor asset management en data- en procesoptimalisatie. • De opleiding van het betrokken UZ-pe…
