Description
De opdracht betreft een software platform voor een Facility Management Information System (FMIS), te gebruiken door alle medewerkers en ondersteunend personeel van de Universiteit Gent (UGent). Onder een FMIS software pakket wordt verstaan, een softwareplatform dat wordt gebruikt om facility managementprocessen te ondersteunen, zoals het beheer van gebouwen, ruimtes, inventaris en onderhoud van apparatuur en voorzieningen, schoonmaak en veiligheid. Het is een essentieel element om het beheer van het uitgebreide patrimonium te faciliteren, bijv.: - door het bijhouden van de inventaris van gebouwen, lokalen en functies daarbinnen (technieken, veiligheid, ...) - om processen rond herstellingen en technisch onderhoud te beheren - om digitale plannen te ontsluiten of te archiveren - door het projectbeheer van vastgoedprojecten om budgetten en timing onder controle te houden - voor het bijhouden (asset management) van de multimedia uitrusting van les- en vergaderlokalen, gebruikt in de TimeEdit roostering software.
