De Gemeente Den Haag wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met meerdere Opdrachtnemers voor de inzet van uitzendkrachten. De Gemeente Den Haag huurt met regelmaat uitzendkrachten in voor diverse soorten werkzaamheden. In de nieuw af te sluiten raamovereenkomst gaat het om uitzendkrachten voor functies van de binnen de Gemeente Den Haag geldende salarisschalen 1 tot en met 12.
