Description
De Gemeente Den Haag is voornemens een Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor het leveren van video-, animatie- en aanverwante audiovisuele productiediensten ten behoeve van de gehele gemeentelijke organisatie. De gemeente zet audiovisuele middelen in voor uiteenlopende communicatievraagstukken, waaronder publiekscommunicatie, participatie, voorlichting, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, interne communicatie, evenementen, bestuurlijke communicatie en campagnevoering. De opdracht is verdeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1 – Integrale video- en animatieproducties Perceel 1 omvat het ontwikkelen, produceren en opleveren van integrale audiovisuele producties. Hieronder vallen onder andere: conceptontwikkeling; redactie en scripting; videoproducties; animaties en motion graphics; productie en regie; montage en postproductie; ondertiteling en toegankelijkheidsvoorzieningen; livestreams en registraties. De werkzaamheden kunnen variëren van korte videoproducties tot omvangrijke campagne-, voorlichtings- en bestuurlijke producties. Voor dit perceel worden maximaal drie opdrachtnemers gecontracteerd.
