Description
VLAIO wenst met een bijkomende raamovereenkomst een pool van maximaal 10 extra dienstverleners aan te leggen voor het uitvoeren van deze CS-verbetertrajecten. Deze dienstverleners zullen op hun beurt instaan voor de uitvoer van een individueel uitgewerkt traject dat inspeelt op de noden van ondernemingen met betrekking tot CS. Er wordt verwacht dat de dienstverlener zelf een actief salesbeleid voert om de ondernemingen te werven, met specifieke aandacht voor kmo’s.
