Description

Hanke eesmärk on ehitada uus ühekorruseline lasteaia hoone koos hoovialaga vastavalt koostatud projektile ja tehnilisele kirjeldusele. Ehitustööde aluseks on arhitekt11 ja Lunden Architecture Company poolt koostatud põhiprojekt. Hoone on projekteeritud liimpuitkonstruktsioonil karkasshoonena. Uue hoone tehnilised andmed: Ehitusalune pindala 5284,8m2 Köetavat pinda 3461,4m2 Hoone suletud brutopindala 3888,5m2 Hoone suletud netopindala 3450,2m2 Hoone maht 17 250m3 Kõrgus maapinnast 7,2m Töövõtja töövõttu kuulub õueala mänguväljakute, katete ja väikeehituste (sh varjualused) ehitamine, sh. krundi mahus kõvakatete ehitamine krundil, vajalike kommunikatsioonide rajamine krundi piirides. Töövõtja töövõtu mahtu kuulub tööprojekti, v.a AR, SA ja MA, koostamine ja kasutusloa taotlemine. Lasteaia hoone valmimise tähtaeg on juuli 2025
