Verkið felst í ræstingu á 9 stofnunum Akraneskaupstaðar í 3 ár, árin 2026 – 2029. Stofnanir sem um ræðir eru leikskólarnir Akrasel, Garðasel, Teigasel og Vallarsel, Byggðasafnið að Görðum, skrifstofa og félagsmiðstöðin að Dalbraut 4, snyrtingar við Garðalund og Breið og skrifstofa að Dalbraut 1. Verktaki skal ræsta stofnanirnar reglulega og ræsta einstök rými í samræmi við kröfur um fjölda þrifdaga í hverri viku. Um er að ræða hefðbundna ræstingu á gólfflötum, borðum og láréttum flötum, glerflötum, snyrtingum og losun ruslatunna.
