Predmetom zákazky je dodanie PVC podláh (ďalej len „materiál"), ktorého množstvá a druhy sú uvedené v Prílohe č. 7 týchto SP. Množstvá jednotlivých druhov materiálov sú uvedené ako predpokladané počas 12 mesiacov a verejný obstarávateľ nie je povinný odobrať stanovené množstvá. Plnenie bude realizované na základe aktuálnych prevádzkových potrieb verejného obstarávateľa. Neoddeliteľnou súčasťou predmetu zákazky je doprava do miesta dodania a vyloženie v mieste dodania. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky, vrátane rozsahu a špecifikácií verejného obstarávateľa na predmet zákazky, tvorí samostatnú časť C. Opis predmetu zákazky týchto súťažných podkladov.
