Predmetom zákazky je nákup, dodanie a výmena náhradného dielu, a to RTG žiariča do CT prístroja SOMATOM Definition AS, výrobné číslo 67040, výrobcu Siemens (ďalej len „“tovar“). Súčasťou predmetu zákazky sú súvisiace služby spojené s dopravou na miesto dodania predmetu zákazky vrátane montáže nového RTG žiariča, demontáže a likvidácie nefunkčného RTG žiariča, a všetkých súvisiacich služieb nevyhnutných pri výmene žiariča. Zákazka nezahŕňa kontrolu stálosti žiarenia/radiačnej dávky. Špecifikácia náhradného dielu a množstvo: 10141785 „R“ STRATON MX P, v počte 1 ks. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky, vrátane vypracovaných technických špecifikácií a požiadaviek verejného obstarávateľa na predmet zákazky, tvorí Prílohu č. 5 – Špecifikácia predmetu zákazky a samostatnú časť C. Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov.
