Der Rechtsdienst der Regierung des Fürstentums Liechtenstein (RDR) ist für die Publikation von Rechtsvorschriften auf www.gesetze.li verantwortlich. Dazu wird seit Jahren ein speziell auf die Bedürfnisse des RDR zugeschnittenes Publikationssystem verwendet, welches am Ende des Lebenszyklus steht und ersetzt werden muss. Das Vergabeverfahren dient der Beschaffung eines neuen Publikationssystems.
