Die Stabsstelle für staatliche Liegenschaften (SSL) ist für die Planung, Realisierung und Bereit-stellung von Gebäuden und Flächen zuständig. Zur Unterstützung dieser Aufgaben soll eine Softwarelösung beschafft werden, welche die Prozesse im Bereich Bauadministration, Bau-kostencontrolling und Projektmanagement digital unterstützt.
