1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na Przebudowie linii SN Ciechanowiec-Kuczyn na terenie Rejonu Energetycznego Bielsk Podlaski PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Oddział Białystok. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi Załącznik Nr 1 oraz 1.1. do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia na podstawie umowy o pracę przez Wykonawcę lub Podwykonawcę osób wykonujących w trakcie realizacji zamówienia czynności określone w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Sposób weryfikacji zatrudnienia tych osób oraz uprawnienia Zamawiającego w zakresie kontroli spełniania przez Wykonawcę wymagań związanych z zatrudnianiem tych osób oraz sankcji z tytułu niespełnienia tych wymagań zawierają projektowane postanowienia Umowy, stanowiące Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający informuje, że ubiega się o dofinansowanie dla przedmiotowej inwestycji z Funduszu Europejskiego na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027, działanie FENX.02.03 Infrastruktura Energetyczna. 5. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo unieważnienia Postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane.
