1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest Modernizacja stacji elektroenergetycznej 110/15 kV RPZ-9 Białystok na terenie działalności PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Oddział Białystok. 2. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz 1.1 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia na podstawie umowy o pracę przez Wykonawcę lub Podwykonawcę osób wykonujących w trakcie realizacji zamówienia czynności określone w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Sposób weryfikacji zatrudnienia tych osób oraz uprawnienia Zamawiającego w zakresie kontroli spełniania przez Wykonawcę wymagań związanych z zatrudnianiem tych osób oraz sankcji z tytułu niespełnienia tych wymagań zawierają projektowane postanowienia Umowy, stanowiące Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo unieważnienia Postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości/części zamówienia, nie zostaną mu przyznane. 5. Ilekroć Zamawiający opisuje przedmiot zamówienia przez odniesienie do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 oraz ust.3 Ustawy PZP, należy rozumieć, że…
