Description

The serviced sub-acute beds are to be managed at the HSE-owned Mt Carmel Hospital facility, Braemor Park, Churchtown, Dublin 14, D14 A5R2. The facility currently consists of 95 step-down sub-acute beds. The proposed start date for the service is November 2025. The Service Provider will assume full responsibility for the care provided in the step-down sub-acute facility. For more details, please read document 001 Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
