Description
This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition; a call to competition may be placed within the next 12 months. The British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly (BIPA) is a forum to promote co-operation between senior political representatives in Britain and Ireland. Its members engage in a wide range of non legislative parliamentary activities, through plenary meetings and ongoing Committee work. Bi-annual Plenary meetings alternate between Ireland and the UK. The Contracting Authority intends to source service providers for the provision of suitable venues to host a BIPA Plenary Conference in the greater Dublin area. The venues must be able to provide accommodation, conference facilities, meeting rooms, and catering during the conference for approximately 120 people. Venues must be within easy reach of international airports. Tenderers must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with outside contractors in relation to the technical equipment required for the Plenary conferences.
