Description
Inledning Vi har för avsikt att ingå avtal med CRM konsulterna AB gällande leverans. Inköp av licens, installation, utbildning och utveckling av projektverktyg som ska användas i Microsoft 365 miljöer. Verktyget och utbildning i det ska tillhandahållas på svenska. Vad vi kan se är det enbart denna leverantör som kan svara upp för vårt behov. Krav projektverktyg Leverantören ansvarar för införandet och leverans av projektverktyg. Leverantören ska tillhandahålla en på marknaden befintlig tjänst. Verktyget ska användas i Microsoft 365 miljöer. Projektverktyget ska stödja kommunens projektarbete med att planera, genomföra, följa upp och avsluta projekt. Verktyget ska fungera som ett stöd för projektledare, projektgrupp och projektägare genom att innefatta funktioner som möjliggör: • Planering i projekt • Resurssättning i projekt • Skapande av uppgifter och mål • Risker och sårbarhetsanalyser • Kalkyl och budgetuppföljning • Rapportering • Dokumenthantering för att ladda upp och dela filer inom projekt Verktyget ska vara kompatibelt med portföljstyrning och således tillhandahålla ovanstående funktioner på program och portföljnivå.
