Vi har för avsikt att ingå avtal med 2c8 Business Solutions AB gällande leverans av system. Inköp av licens, installation, utbildning och utveckling av processmodelleringsverktyg. Verktyget och utbildning i det ska tillhandahållas på svenska. 2c8 är det enda verktyget på marknaden som uppfyller kommunens krav på modellering likväl processkartläggning. Bakgrund Att visualisera processer, information, organisation, förmågor med mera minskar abstraktionshinder och hjälper till att göra information med lättillgängligt. Detta är särskilt relevant i stora komplexa organisationer där processer kan vara svåra att förstå om de enkom beskrivs i text. Det är enklare för arbetsgrupper att kollektivt förstå och enas om arbetssätt och processer om de är visualiserade eftersom visualisering bidrar till att risken för missförstånd minskar. Inom vissa av kommunens verksamheter finns krav på att arbeta systematiskt och utifrån processer. Exempelvis har socialtjänsten krav på ledningssystem för systematiskt kvalitetsarbete där processer är en grundläggande del och modelleringsverktyg möjliggör visualisering av detta.
