Syftet med denna upphandling är att stärka beställarens möjlighet att utreda och genomföra lokalprojekt i nära dialog med nyttjande verksamhet. Genom den här upphandlingen avser beställaren komplettera den interna projektledarorganisationen både avseende kapacitet och kompetens inom området.
