Inom Göteborgs universitet bedrivs ett kontinuerligt arbete med universitetets varumärke på olika nivåer inom verksamheten. Många av universitets verksamheter har behov av att ta fram kommunikationsmaterial. Ofta finns en idé om vad som behövs, vilken text och vilka bilder eller klipp som ska användas och hur slutresultatet ska se ut. Däremot saknas det ibland resurser och kompetens för att själv producera. Tjänsten består i att hjälpa beställare med enklare produktionsuppdrag. Budgeten är ofta begränsad och leveranstiden behöver vara kort.
